I would like to work forever

There was neither increment in salary nor promotion. I have been working for more than 2 years continuously with dedication and responsibility. Everywhere I have shown my best.

...others. Also inventery and internal audits. Duty timing and work responsibility. Main thing i like the timing of getting salary. It is always on time.

I think nothing of dislike about Maverix platforms. I was always happy with team and management. Thanks to Maverix platform.

Top management was very good and allow you to take decisions for operation.

Dislikes

Job security is not there, one day just call me for meeting and informed me that today is your last day. This is not at all professional behaviour.

Likes

Wasting time for even a negative review is not valuable for maverix. Literate people with skills of illiterate, donkeys are welcomed, horses are terminated. This is what would describe the management ethics & culture.

Dislikes

Owner with such attitude if an employee raises corrective suggestion, would attract that as an ego towards skills of owner, and sooner that person will be terminated once suggested for implementing for companies growth, working hard here is like calling out termination for the job, licking *ss is accepted here, and promoted.

No job security and too much company politics within department and management is unaware too the extent.

Dislikes

management should actively look into the finance functions of the organization and hire matured and knowledgable people at respected level.
