...udents do the same job but arts students receive very low salary comparing them. Even for engineering students the salary package is low.

Salary and Appraisal is quite low for freshers, but is a great advantage for experienced. No frequent project rotation.

Good leaders and we can get good learning on many banking modules and onsite projection. Training is good and very formal way and clear career growth

Gives little pressure though it is service company so it is normal and politics and favoritism and salary hike is less compare to market range. No job security.
