Manager's are very unprofessional they give training only for 3 days. Then asking for the performance any how if your performance is average in the first month they will terminate you.

Before the Covid the company was ok but as the Covid started , the company started acting as of we are going to eat all his money. Company asked me to be LWP till corona end. Started behaving so weirdly and was not releasing money. After multiples call n messages then they released money according to there wish and not what i was suppose to get.

...pany started acting very weirdly. Asked to me to accept LWP but I resigned then. Very poor in terms of salary disbursment. No sensible discussion. CEO of the company should not jump into every matter with the employee. Do not go for it

maven Workforce is very good organisation since its envirment is good they force is work on weekends nither out the shift it has fixed off and shift

Very less payscale for freshers compared to other orgnizations very lessappraisals and hikes

The best part is the work culture and opportunities to grow in the domain. Seniors are always present with constructive feedback which helps in the growth. Management is very helpful too.

Pathetic! Worst company to start a career with. No learning nothing, no job security, nothing will never ever recommend any one to work. They just want people to work overtime. Pathetic.
