...didate's career there is no job security and even no learning opportunities. there is no specific date to credit the salary. they are paying the salary after the 15th of the month. Not having a good culture, policy or environment, religious partiality. they are only say “Badi Badi baate”, I never recommend anyone to join this company. If you want to grow in your career with a job security, Don't join

Terrible experience in MAVEN - No Job Security and Unpaid Salary. - Employee treated as disposable, sudden termination without any valid reason Or Prior Notice. - The worse part of Maven, failed to pay me for 3 months salary :(

... and best part is that, company assign ownership which is good for the learning. They never hold the salary, just sometime date is not fix.

I have been working for the Maven cluster since February 2021 and I haven't faced any challenge which may break our confidence towards the organization, no micromanagement, You are free to work with your comfort level, certainly, the Pillars of the organization are very strong (Fahim and Shavez) they will never interrupt between your work methodology you can work as per your comfort zone and that makes you workaholics, honestly speaking the internal team is very excellent especially the project managers.

1) Work culture. 2) No micromanagement. 3) Fixed 5 days working 4) Excellent projects. 5) Effective Client communication. 6) Tensed-free environment.

Since joining, it's superb for me to be apart of Maven Cluster really because the culture and management is exceptional & especially the team members that i am working with are very supportive. In future, It would be grateful for me to go ahead with them and learn more.
