The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

I would say the owner of the company is very kind and helpful and each and every step. He was the one who assigned me this job and taught me a lot about this industry. The company had so many members where you can share experiences and if needed you can give time to personal work.

Dislikes

I would say few of the members were not matured enough and they don't know how to react when a business is going through a bad phase ( Financial problem), Which is very common. But due to certain act and reaction the owner had to freeze the work for some time.
