...need business any how for which they ask to extend shifts and work on Saturdays. They took advantage of the bad time and offered the same/ last salary. Work culture is pathetic and a lot of politics and favouritism. Management want to hear only "yes" on their every ask. They prefer to fire anybody on the same day with some hours notice and not even let the employee serve notice period of one month. They really don't care about employees. They release employee on same day with 15 days advance salary only during this hard time. if, here is rating option from 0 to 10 then I give 0 in all parameters. Here is star options so I have to select atleast one star. They knew about my father had some health issues but they asked to come onsite due to aquisition (motion recruitment) as I joined in Remote. I wasn't able to go onsite so after some time they decide to release me on same day by giving reason of no contribution from your end in the business and offers 15 days advance salary during this recession time. I'm free since August 2023 and don't have job till now. Even they didn't let me complete 6 months in the company and release me in 5th month and this short period has become blockage in my career. I spoke to some more folks who are working or worked in matrix/motion and they shared the same feedback. I'd not recommend anyone to join this company. If anybody wants to destroy their career then must join them. This feedback is based on 5 months experience working with matrix and I refused to extend the shifts and work on Saturdays.
