Matrix Media Solution was a good company at beginning stage. But now this is not count in list of good company s. work environment not so friendly. At the time of appraisal manegment don't make justice with employees asper there dedication and amount is so low asper market rate. Another problem is it at the joining time they offer lower than your last drawn salary. But if you agree work in low salary for long time company give you a opportunity :). Overall rating of this company is not good from my side.

Salary growth is not good, if your luck is not good you will face a unqualified supervisor, in maximum situation management take decision against employee benefits specialy at the time of appraisal.

...ve encash ment policy 👎 they didn't gave encash of my un-used leave !!! 😶 Poor killer enhancement policy, technology uses, salary date, long notice period 90days!! Terrible 👎

...he new girl joinee's life hell. The wash room is very much untidy and unhealthy. Salary incrementation is pathetic. Working here is like working in jail

I feel nothing. But some people feels salary hike is not very good. I only can say if you really capable enough , Matrix Media definitely pay your price.

Upper management and CEO is very helpful and our team is all about pro. Salary on time, even in this pandemic situation. Managements understand employee's needs.

canteen is very congested don't have free food facilities in office. otherwise everything is ok.
