...ad they are very good but company conditions that's why HRs will act like that So it's totally very disappoint and low salary and too out of work time we will work with company too much pressure in that system no time management....... So i very disappoint experience in matrimony sales. Thank you.

In d matrimony the only best thing is the salary , slry alws on time nd now comes to team ,my teammates are vry supportive nd d work environment was also like professional but d vry disgusting thing was the behaviour of d leaders nd if u r in matrimony thn u have u forgot ur personal life .. there's no time for urself nd even u HV to login even weekend nd holiday too ..

Matrimony.com is very excellent office to work ,job security , carrer growth, salary ,learning ,work environment, innovation , work life balance is very excellent. all team leaders are behaving friendly and manager sridhar is also a very good human being.really excellent organization to work for both fresher and exp.

No proper testing and release. Developer alone responsible for all the production issues. No proper working environments. No PRE RELEASE environment. Very very risk to work here.
