They are average,they are not pay masters,but people are good, earlier before lockdown it used to be awesome place to work,post management change their numbers quality everything detoriated.

When whole industry gets appraisals and promotions by April or May they make you wait till November and then you get paid on areers till Dec jan,worst among al. They are not upgrading themselves as per time.

...upport and huge job pressure is given. Also they are asking employees to resign. Salary cut off is also faced by the employees.

Not a safe place to work for woman employees. Working in a sexist and mysogynistic environment.

...yes. friendly management It give freedom to work. Calm full environment to work. they give good salary hike and usefull bonus In every year.

There is nothing to like on this company,very bad work culture.Completely worse HR department,nothing to grow and very bad salary hike.HR people do not have any intention on employees matters.
