Management are too good, u can passed 8-10 month as a honeymoon period. Attractive salary & benefits.

u never, never think about ur retirement from this company. there is ziro value of ur honesty and hard working. Management are good but incredulous. Factory running since 1990, but there are no single (sr. employee) person more than 2-3 yrs who r working with them.

Worst to worst company, too much politics rather than work, MD is king of fool, as their subordinates. All are non technical and they pretend to be like they are master, bunch of fools.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
