Good for learning but they didn't teach you anything

Dislikes

No job security always threatening. No work life balance they ask to come on weekends and do extra shift without overtime pay they give C-off but when you want to apply it and wanna get off they doesn't approve it. Also they do politics and partiality. Also don't have any post description so you have to do any work despite your position.

The company has implemented advanced IT systems & overstaffed all departments with excessive hiring due to high employee attrition...these systems are completely misaligned with the actual needs of business

Dislikes

...tical approach rather than focusing on professionalism and business development. After being certain months you people start regretting the decisions of joining this company The compensation is also below expectation what they promise during hiring process doesn't match what you actually receive..HR seems to be figurehead and management highly influenced by internal politics...they are not treating employees as assets....

- Poor Management - Bad company structure - They are making fool to people by mentioning incentives and they will change a structure of incentive without prior intimation and making delays in incentives by giving illogical reasons. - No freedom of taking a single decision at any designation, annoying process of approval , they won't allow travelling even within India, no work exposure and no appreciation of hard work or any achievement - Worst work culture and worst behavior of high management with employees.

Unloading and loading under production team.any kind of problem creat in company bleam on production team.

Ok for job not suitable environment for job satisfaction and personal and professional lyf is mixed.

Work culture, follow up based working, pinch evey time for working. Fully manual work, they have SAP but equivalent to tally. Superior level has only interest in working they never give you any kind of understanding or knowledge. They only have words "chat GPT" "Google" AI tools etc. They expect more if you are appointed as manager. You are the only person and you know everything even the matter your boss does not have knowledge. Favouritism - one person had mistaken - politely said take care and don't do again. Other person can mistake then it's big "?" You are not enough educated and we are not expecting like this. Take care to join.
