...rd party (RACE) and head of race was a lady who believes how to harrass teacher. And she will appoint u without agreement and will not give your full salary. No personal life. My suggestion not to join her.

Not even a single thing can be said as good. It's completely terrible

The management is rubbish. No fixed working hours for teachers. Teacher arrive at 7:30 and leave at 3:30 but most of the times they leave after 4pm The manager and her admin staff has zero knowledge about teaching. They do not bother about students, teachers. They have political background which is also not strong just like their school so they just know how to take money without providing anything. They treat their teaching staff badly. They do not allow anyone to speak in front of them and if someone has the courage to tell them truth then they are not able to digest it and start torturing that teacher. They harras their teachers mentally by making sit for long hours for their so called meeting with manager ma'am who do not want to appoint principal for the school as she has MSPS as a gifted building by her husband which she can control because she has no good quality to stand alone. Then comes the coordinator who is extremely bad at English but feels that she has knowledge about everything and every subject and she can challenge anyone and blah blah blah. She cannot speak a single sentence correctly in English and cannot teach a single subject efficiently but is sitting on the chair of senior coordinator who has the only job of taking rounds and looking after teachers that what they are doing, to whom are they talking, where are they going and then report it to the manager. The students study the subjects on their own as the teachers are not appointed even in the board classes. The students themselves say that a government school is far better than this rubbish this as there no focus on infrastructure, academics, non-academics, basic sanitary facilities. No student and teacher should join this school as every person has the right to receive good education and every teacher has the right to receive good working environment
