I had worked in 3D Design Team, it was a great work experience as i got an opportunity to learn a lot about product as well as gained software knowledge. Team was very supportive and each member helped me a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about Reverse Engineering with working on 3D scanned data gives me lot of learning.

Team mates are supportive good work culture . Cafeteria is not good. company policies are not good and do not pay as per the roles and responsibilities.Other benifits are not given by the management.

Everything about my Dept. HR, where i worked HR team is expert in harrsement of their team members and also employees in other department. HR-VP, N.Dhaka joint effort with GVP, Y.Kaushik along with HR Manager, S.Sindhu ensures no one will stay in the team and harass the employees. Somehow you plan to leave company due to worst India management team and resign but during notice period they terminate employee. Suggest DO NOT JOIN THIS GROUP

Work life balance was good because flexible working facilities was available not it is not available. Work pressure is medium type. On time payment (5th of every month) Increment on time (8~10% for average employee).

In this there are two type of job. 1) In plant & 2) In Corporate. 2) In Corporate. Job Location is not fixed. Inter-company travel ( 10 Company in Sonipat. In very very bad area. 15~20Km distance between every company). There is no locality to live near by company. Only worker live near by company. This company is only for reverse engineering and for after market. If you have experience in automobile sector so don't join this company because there is not drawing standard , Inspection standard. Only DVC , Micrometer is used for the inspection of all parts. Quality instruments is not available as per market standard of automobile. OE-OES team don't join because this team has worst team in this group. Manager don't know how to manage the team. & their team mate always use sweet politics. Manager hamesha bolega mujhe kisi bhi chij se matlab nahi hai. Tum apne aap apna problem solve karo. Personal problem bolne par bolta hai ki mai isme kuchh nahi kar sakta . Official problem se usko matlab nahi hai. Usko only kaam se matlab hai . Yaha koi bhi relation nahi banta hai kisi se

Culture:-My organization has nice work Culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

Dislikes

Food:- Here is a not good canteen facility and delicious food, veriety and quality of food is worth not mentioning here. But there is provision of food for those who keep the fast. there is no bus or taxi facility for commuting whithin the company premises.
