Great place to upgrade your knowledge and skills, as they provide training and certification at zero cost. The working environment and culture are very good. It is one of the best corporates to work with. Teammates are very supportive, and the management is also good and understanding. Company Policies are good, appraisals are fair, and they provide good salaries according to experience. They celebrate every occasion internally with the whole team and they also plan office lunches and trips. Talking about the working hours, as the company is working with most of the Fortune companies all over the globe it depends on the time zone they work, which is mostly according to IST time zone but sometimes it may vary.

Sometimes you may have an unnecessary workload not related to your project, but it could be helpful for the future.

Masycoda's expertise in Microsoft stack enables companies to streamline operations ,manage data more effectively & improve overall efficiency, apart from this as my personal experience suggests, this is a ever good to go organization for boosting your career as a fresher , the founder , director are so much humble & Down to earth, they always keep motivating to all of their employees no matter you're a fresher or working from last many years here, work culture is also superb here.

I have been part of Masycoda Solutions for the past year, and it has been an incredible positive experience. The work culture here is excellent. Located at conveniently near metro station which makes travel easy. One this that standout is Masycoda Solutions commitment to employee development. Their training program are great and highly beneficial for professional growth. Overall, my experience here has been really great. The positive work culture, convenient location, and excellent training opportunities make it a standout place to work.

There is no cafeteria/canteen in the office.

Work culture is good. Management is very supportive and dedicated training is provided to the new joiner.

If you are on project which is on US timezone in that case it is compulsory to attend calls from office till midnight.
