Decent work life balance, no layoffs during tough times

Very low salary compared to industry average, Low hikes after promotions and minimal other benefits. Company has 0 culture, hardly any office parties or budget. Even the office is tiny and they are reluctant to change.

There's nothing to like about a timesheet and micromanagement culture. Salary is below market standards as well.

The only thing you will get here are Multiple timesheets and messed up work life balance. People leadership is pathetic and there's too much blame game going on always.

GREAT WORK ? That’s optional. VISIBILITY ? Mandatory. Apart from the be below-average work quality, employee-last leadership and the ancient technical infrastructure that makes data retrieval an adventure !! Apart from the “timesheets” and micromanagement to track your daily output, the REAL SURPRISE is something else. Your performance review has little to do with your actual work. Instead it’s all about “voluntary” (but not really) initiatives, pointless competitions with mandatory participation and everyone’s favourite - ‘visibility’. The working culture has taken a nose-dive in the past two- three years.

Working culture is fine , the good thing is people are not toxic and generally polite

Hikes and promotions are very low They don’t have a solid business mode set yet , they expect advisors to do extra curricular activities on top of BD and project work and still have n number of various KPIs to reject ur promotions or salary hikes. Only few people keep on getting good projects and salary hikes .

The people and culture of Mastercard is very positive. Everyone is very easy to reach out and helpful, which really helps in learning and growth.

The continuously reorg happening in Mastercard is really affecting the promotion cycle and culture
