The only good thing is the industry mastertrust is in it is full of learning.

Dislikes

There's no training, seniors aren't cooperative and don't take responsibility of anything. The work culture is very toxic. There's lot of unprofessionalism in demeanour of senior staff. Lacking leadership skills and only caring about work without any ethics and values.

No ways one can like the company. The boss is damn good when you meet first, but gradually we get to know that he’s just a highly diplomatic person who only thinks that he has all the powers in the world to exploit anyone and keep the dues of any employee who leaves.

Dislikes

The company portrays that the employees have power to do things for good, but truly the employees don’t even have the power to run downstairs during an earthquake.
