Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The Responsibility given with free hand by Mr. Uday master was excellent and in my further work it became very very useful. Also he had involved me in all crucial meetings with clients , eg, Siyaram, group BKT, Ralson tyre ( pawaha rubber ) , udhana udhyog Sangh, etc., etc.,
