Mastek Ltd. offers a fantastic work environment with some of the good salary increments and compensation packages in the industry. the company's flexibility to work from anywhere is one of the top benefits, which really enhances work-life balance. one thing I love is how approachable the managers and serious are. there's no unnecessary hierarchy and everyone's super transparent and helpful. you don't feel lost or stuck - it is easy to connect with collogues and getting done The company also does a great job of keeping employee engaged. they organize these cool ceremonies like Quarterly meet and Half yearly meet and other too and fun collaboration events which keeps things exciting. Its not just about work they actually care about keeping employee motivated and happy. Overall the work culture is really good as per my experience, and it feels good to be part of a team where everyone is encouraged to grow and very helpful and enjoy their work. Definitely a great place to build a career

Work culture is good . Company is good. Only onsite opportunity is less and rotation policy not at all working because of work policies. Some people favour only few .

...k for approval is less. Method of calibration for approval is now very pathetic. Variable salary receive at end of year is very bad part of CTC.

Work life balance is good as most of the consultant are doing wfh.

Sometimes unnecessary pressure, office politics, zero additional facilities, like no canteen in office, cost cutting in the snacks.etc.
