The Ericsson integration team is bad . If you ever get to work with that team please do not join . I do not know about other teams but other team maté’s would lament as well. You are no way treated as a human in E.I team . Two managers are there . Both are bad in their own way. The female manager does not have any knowledge about the process. Always plays the blame game there . No one will support you incase of any trouble.

At Mastec Quadgen I liked My Job Role and Designation and also salary package, l learned so many things in this company. And HR team also good.

At Mastec Quadgen if we stuck in any queries that is the main problem, in office if suppose Senior Python Full Stack Developer is there means we can try to connect with. But Senior Python Full Stack Developer is not there that is the main problem.

... year agreement and fire you under company performance and cost cut as a reson And the cruel part is,they will ask you to pay the agreement breaking charges which will blow your mind and they hold experience letter to make money out of you. Any legitimate organisation never seeks money from a employee. Red flag here.

Lot of bad politics. Micro managing of ur work, alot of personal attacks on floor, management supports who are not correct and very biased. They say that job security but theres no such thing. They dont give proper training, just shows off and record videos collect evidences , and actual scope is different than what's taught in the assignment. Hr is also biased alot of groupism don't expect any support from them just stand firm .
