...s a long list of what i disliked.:- Firstly, this company's hr policy is a scam. They recruit interns with the lowest salary possible. Then they will inform them to work for 3 months and after that they will make you sign a contract of 1 year, but here lies the scam,they will make you work 6-7months and then they will make you sign the contract so technically you have to work there 1.7months instead of 1.3months. And interns doesn't understand this as it is the beginning of their career and they are not aware of this. and trust me lot of people have issue with this company. The positive views written by the employees are just forced by the company. secondly, the hr is a horrible person, no ethics and whatsoever. She thinks the office is her home does whatever she can. and her behaviour is the worst. in one word she is really horrible..every ex employee and current employee will agree to this statement. thirdly, if an employee leaves the company without completing the 1year contract ,the employee will receive no release letter and nothing...not even the salary slips,and not even the last month salary.and if you ask them to give you the release letter she will threaten you by saying that you have harrassed her. fourthly, this company does everything in his power to destroy an ex employee's career by providing bad review in your next company background verification.

This company fosters an openly abusive environment where inappropriate language is commonly used. The workplace culture is toxic, and join this company seriously damage your career. New employees are subjected to harsh treatment from the start. During my time here, I experienced constant mistreatment and trauma. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think twice before joining.

Nothing to dislike, if you are good at your work, this office will encourage you to grow 2nd saturday office can be difficult at times

Mass Software Solutions provide the best chance to learn new technology and explore yourself with your best practices. You will learn many things here. Some seniors are supportive & friendly. Overall it is a good company.

Dislikes

In the Covid-19 pandemic, the company clearly does not care about the workers. Mass Software Solutions sacked lots of employees without giving an appropriate region due to coronavirus. Some seniors they don't wanna see grew you up.
