Work life balance, no one force you to seat after 6:30, care for women staff, bosses are polite untill and unless you did a blunder!

Late salary (after 50 days), unfair appraisal policy, boring work environment.

No comments if you want go and face ,overall Fake Company . HR Role is most Appreciated 👍 Since he is a Legal advocate he only do 420 work in my overall experience i never worked this kind of company .

Fake company over all , have no support from HO all the employee benefits will go to the Ho people and who is doing bucket work for them only it will go

I won't recommend anyone to work with maspar as my personal experience was very terrible. They don't have any policy, they will just throw u out without any intimation. In short and brief "not recommended from my side "

Environment is poor also and full of politics

I like working with Maspar by there is no growth . There are the people who are working from last 5 to 6 year but they still on the same designation. Overall there is job security. Nobody come to gives the special training.

I don't like the management system. Nobody takes the responsibility
