Employees are totally squeezed out for the salary that is paid No work life balance, asked to work on weekends mostly. Poor training, just diplomatic talks. Horrible operations…very slow in processing task. Remittance team of the bank is the worst in functioning.

Concentrating more hiring from pakistan and egypt which is a bit concern as job security.

My Manager who does not have any work Ethics, He is person with whom no employee wants to work may it be an experienced resource or an fresher. Many Resources who worked under him has abruptly, resigned the job because of his Harassment, may it be Men or Women, doesn't know how to speak with his Peers and his Resources reporting him.

No salary hike and promotion Internal politics No reward and recognition for your efforts No work life balance. Need to work more than 15 hours also on daily basis. Do not expect over time allowance.
