Overall a very good professional and technical improvements in the field. Recommended to fresher for getting T type technical outbreak. All office colleagues are so friendly and co-operative. Main Director of the company is very very egoistic, rude and always ready to insult your self esteem even you haven't make a single mistake. But he proves you did a great mistake. He is kind of a person who favours extreme favourite based on the candidate past company and base rather than his abilities and valuable work.

Dislikes

...s from his good book. He pressurizes lot so we decided to quit even we not wish. Salary, appraisal , appreciation structure is very bad. Which totally not depends on your valued work. If you are ex-flowserve or being his Gaowala, then you easily gets a month of paid leaves within your probation period and best salary increment/ incentive while sleeping in the office.

Although i was joined as a trainee . There is lots of things to learn and for development . Lots of employee benefits from the company.

Dislikes

I really think training and environment. Training period was good at start then it was like people will scold at you when you have doubts for learning i was literally afraid to ask because if i ask they were treat you don't know this. Overall really good company for growth employee benefits are good.
