Maschio gaspardo is Italian Management was good but indian management are worst there is no job security employees, schemes are not convenient for the employer and there so many politics included in the culture unprofessional about work employment politics. work balance we cannot manage in the field team career growth learning we canot expect in the Indian management.

Due inexperience of HR Head & Plant Head (both are dictator in company) , there is no job security. All the time politics in the company. No value to employees & company policies. Corrupted employees are leading the company, so company lost their brand value & MNC standard in the market

Plant Head & HR Head this 2 pair in the company are responsible for useless & bad culture.Not only existing/resigned employees but also vendors,customers,contractors are blaming to Plant & HR Head .so injustice with the loyal & honest employees

Job security is zero without imagination anyone can loose job. The employee who is good for today will be worst for tomorrow. From day first of joining no one fron team members including HR assist yoy in a good manner so from day first company impression going down. Hr team behaviour is very rude, aggressive and unprofessional. From day first heared about hire and fire culture which forces me to search job from first month of joining. No team work.
