Worst company ever, bad management not giving salary to employee and lot of mental harassment, don't spoil your carrier and don't join this company. Because of this company i loosed my everything. Positive reviews are mostly written by the company, as no one who has left seems happy with their experience.

Here nothing is good very hectic schedule and seniors.

...ot for one or two day's it's for month end and month end extend for 12-17 day's. So please if any one want to join here please try other also they not giving good salary and growth.

... unprofessional behaviour from HOD side. HOD is there for his personal benefits. Due to COVID the salary has been decreased by 15%. Whereas salary of higher level employees are not cut. Please avoid Mas financial service. There is nothing like increments and fixed to 7 to 10% only. We have to report to hod twise a day

... will be appreciated. HODs harass you without any mistake or without any reason. Even you think of resigning, they don’t care as they will hire someone else with lesser package. So basically they will be happy if you leave asap as they won’t have to give the appraisal. Official timing is till 7 but after that you have to wait outside HOD’s office as you need to report everyday before leaving like labours. HR also have no powers as all the powers reside with the HODs.

I am very happy working in a mass finance company. There is no pressure of any kind in this company and one can work well here in an open environment.

Dislikes

I am fun working here. But the employees are facing problem with salary hold. The company is also suffering loss due to this. The employee tries to do poor quality files to meet his target. If the target here is number of files instead of volume, then according to me both will benefit. And the company's portfolio will also improve. If salary of 100 emp is stopped and if the average salary is 20k, then the company had to pay 20 lakhs to the emp. But if in this any executive makes 2-4 files wrong, then there will be loss. According to me both benefit in number of files.
