The salary hike and personal growth are two main things that you won't find in Marwadi University. It is more like a comfortable job.

"Marwadi" surely a geint group and espesially in Education field they are 10 time ahead from any university in Gujarat while taking about infrustructure, environment, diversity, adeptability and productivity. Encouraging or imaginative thoughts always promot here.

Likes

Online system, Infrastructure, 24 hrs Electricity, Wi-Fi campus, Security, Canteen, Central AC, Well equipped Office and Chairman support.

Dislikes

No freedom at my level especially regarding time bound. At level of Professor/Head punching should not be much strict. The work pressure is very high. Generally, behavior of Dean Dr. Rajendra Jadeja is good and very supportive BUT Sometimes I face him very rudely. I dislike his firing in weekly review meeting (especially regarding result of Students. Our Department faculty lowest feedback is the average of MEFGI/MU faculty. We put our highest efforts for teaching but students never put average efforts from their side. I am NOT able succeed to change their mentality and finally I decide to resign). I am truly Researcher, Very good Teacher, Honest, Polite, Sincere, Hard working and Innovative person. From Monday to Friday I worked almost about 9-11 hrs. On Saturday about 6 to 7 hrs. I do not got much facility as Principal except free transport from Campus to Greenland Chokdi as I weekly communicate from Baroda to Rajkot. Finally, later on by experience, I realized that job security is poor at Marwadi University for me.
