Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. One of the Owner of the company Think only about his own, they dont care about employees at all , Employees kitna bhi time yeah saal company ko de de but when You will ask For Salary Or appraisal they will give you A rubbish Reason , like Company ki halat nahi hai abhi Appraisal dene ke liye , you have to Arrange Your Salary On Your Own , Company Seedha Hath Utha leti hai.
