Taking hard work with student trainees and rough abuses by supervisors and seniers, Msta trainers charges extra of meals and have notthing like skill development. Training in Maruti Suzuki is totally waste of time. The must bad thins is Msta trainers who don't take responsibility of students problems and Maruti department also don't be ready to hear the trainees problems.

There are many projects and department. I have job security in my department but rest are not. Trainers are not in Maruti payroll

There is no carrier growth even if u spent whole life. I joined as a trainer , u retired as trainer. All managerial work under Maruti payroll employee. Trainers are not in maruti payroll

I learnt lot so things about company culture and feels great satisfaction level with my senior and colleagues.

Dislikes

If you are working with Maruti Boss or senior voice you have to follow otherwise not so good.
