Dealership job worst job in India if you are engg graduate. You are only labor(Highest degree with lowest pay). Maruti RSM TREAT YOU LIKE AN ANIMAL.

Good working environment and culture and supportive environment by the teammates. The management is good and transparent. Company policies are good and genuine. Proper trainings are given to the employees.

Salary is much less compared to another dealership and career growth is very slow. Work pressure is also much high compared to other companies.

No support from Dealership. MSIL Dealers management are very bad. They are not think about employees. In COVID 19 Period I was at home without pay. Dealer not support me.

Compensation, overall employees benefits & job security is good considering a manufacturing company.

Dislikes

Poor work culture specifically in Production & all the other supporting departments, lack of role clarity, too much politics by the senior management, politics in promotions & other career growth opportunities by the reporting seniors. Only the flatterers of senior management across the organization get the opportunity to get timely promotions & career growth. Even the genuine problems of employees are addressed with diplomacy & politics by the senior management rather than providing a right solution for the same. Overall the most disappointing part is terrible work environment across the organization.
