Job security and salary is at par with industry.

Getting a team lead role is really difficult in maruti. You don't get promotion even if you have a telent. There experience and age at times is given a priority over telent. Your colleague who is 1 year senior to you may be given a better grade just to promote him (eve. Though you both belongs to same group)

The job security is good, the pay is higher than average

Dislikes

The company is not employee friendly, apart from job security, it doesn't really bother about its employees much, especially field team. The work culture is not that of a market leader at all

People praises job security in Maruti but what if company makes you leave in first place. We should praise other factors more. And in MSIL, they are making every other thing worse.

...olitics - It happens every where. Specially if your company is purely Indian. Salary - Initially, MSIL was known as pay master but now company started bench marking with other companies and slowly reducing increment amount.

(bi annual week shutdown) . For rest of the festivals if it comes on non Saturday/Sunday, then Saturday becomes working

It was been an honor to work in maruti suzuki being a part of msil enjoyed a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about vehicles category and loads of fun

...e to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.
