Not having SOP , Growth is very very slow person who have working in Automotive his child will go faster than his father but father will stay at Low salary, not better for career, Automotive is training center in which we get trained for three month and get paid ...etc

(bi annual week shutdown) . For rest of the festivals if it comes on non Saturday/Sunday, then Saturday becomes working

It was been an honor to work in maruti suzuki being a part of msil enjoyed a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about vehicles category and loads of fun

...e to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.

Quite long working hours though without much work pressure. Hierarchical system with less decision making.
