It's totally a different world, very arrogant, hire and spoil the talent is the moto of management. Management team having little functional knowledge, all are operating in silos.

In maruti suzuki , as for confidentiality there is some restriction which cause some little bound. Feel like we are in a another society.

...e to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.
