Compensation, overall employees benefits & job security is good considering a manufacturing company.

Poor work culture specifically in Production & all the other supporting departments, lack of role clarity, too much politics by the senior management, politics in promotions & other career growth opportunities by the reporting seniors. Only the flatterers of senior management across the organization get the opportunity to get timely promotions & career growth. Even the genuine problems of employees are addressed with diplomacy & politics by the senior management rather than providing a right solution for the same. Overall the most disappointing part is terrible work environment across the organization.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company policies are good ,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond 2 year.

Some area work culture is very bored. Replacement or department change chances is very low so you can not learn or take experience of other area. If you are working in assembly shop then 99% chances you will retire from same shop.
