...... Because I used to work telecalling in insurance department at Maruti Suzuki. I was never given appointment letter, pay sleep did not go.Later I found out that I am not an employee of Maruti Suzuki office, not an employee of the insurance company? I had no security. Parkstreet Maruti suzuki naxa insurance manager used to harass me in many ways & abuse a lot..talking about my character. The behavior of the insurance department employee was not good. After the insurance renewal was done, the customer did not give the policy paper when requested from the head office.To force me to tell the customer about false promises. Policy papers were not given on time. As a result, the customer killed me.Moreover, despite having attanance, I was marked as absent. I quit after 2 months because I didn't feel safe...

The best behaviour with staff members and if uh want to earn much more and you are fresher then just move forward to it

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good.

...Car. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Excellent experience, and good products, excellent work culture, nice salary package, maruti suzuki policies excellent but not keep up by Dealership

Incentive not given properly, Incentive given by Dealership so there are much more politics, That's why employees disappointed
