MSIL is the highest pay master, no doubt. Very strong system and processes.

Dislikes

Absence of 2-way communication, flexibility to field employees, lack of trust, its a more of executive job so there is very little space for innovative ideas.

strong job security, good salary and benefits, ample learning opportunities, a sense of stability, a positive work culture with team spirit, open access to senior management, and a reputation for providing good work-life balance

(bi annual week shutdown) . For rest of the festivals if it comes on non Saturday/Sunday, then Saturday becomes working

It was been an honor to work in maruti suzuki being a part of msil enjoyed a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about vehicles category and loads of fun

Dislikes

...e to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.

Quite long working hours though without much work pressure. Hierarchical system with less decision making.
