It was been an honor to work in maruti suzuki being a part of msil enjoyed a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about vehicles category and loads of fun

Dislikes

...e to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.

1. From learning perspective MSIL is a good company as they have many models.

Dislikes

1. Work pressure is high but compensation is not that good. 2. Working hours are very high. 3. Work life balance is not good.

Likes

- Employee benefits - YoY hike & Variable pay - Good for beginners for their learnings and automotive exposure - Highly encouraged for doing innovative stuffs - Person who want to stabilise financially, MSIL is a good option (decide based on the dislikes section)

Dislikes

- Worst Work culture - Company culture won't fit for experienced persons - Top level management is highly conservative and show Arrogance attitude - Weakened HR department - High level of Micro Management - Top management people won't consider you as an employee rather a slave - Hierarchical mindset - Leader/boss delegate the pressure (from their seniors) to all levels - Played good & bad cop game during notice period - Located in the highly air and water polluted region (not preferable for who have lungs related disease, more prone to PM2.5 further may reduce their lifespan) The above points were experienced personally for the tenure of 5 years. I hope this review may save atleast one person from toxic environment.

Wages and incentives used to be good but not now. So called job security, Yes, but what is the point of a job security if you are not employable somewhere else and grow on a very stagnant basis having managers with very stringent attitude.

Dislikes

Free food, good salary, five days off, shutdown twice in a year.

1. No work life balance 2. Seniors have huge ego problem 3. Never happens a healthy discussion 4. Intimidating staff 5. Process related systems are outdated and error prone. 6. Approval process in system is tedious and on top of that approval from seniors is a difficult process
