Overall the company is good for the person who wants to learn the Automobile technology from the basics to professional level but there is a fear of the job security ,as I have not have gained that much of experience about Maruti so that I can say it's a very secure or it is totally unsecure but as I have felt according to my experience but if you do very good ,you won't be going any where else. Salary increment in the company is quite decent and acceptable but the level (Designation) of the person doesn't increase (for casual/outsource employees) it's kind of a very slow process I would say.

(bi annual week shutdown) . For rest of the festivals if it comes on non Saturday/Sunday, then Saturday becomes working

It was been an honor to work in maruti suzuki being a part of msil enjoyed a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about vehicles category and loads of fun

...e to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.

Quite long working hours though without much work pressure. Hierarchical system with less decision making.
