...e to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.

I have an terrible experience of my life for with maruti suzuki jagrut motors kankavli branch I was working with this company for the past 5 moths and they haven't paid me a single penny of my service

Kankavli branch of maruti suzuki jagrut motors is very Terrible they are not paying the employees their salary They are making a huge mistake and letting down a well known company

This company management is too good and I learned lot of things here but salary structure is to bad heavy work,

We called maruthi nexa is brand but here everything is changes we can see lot of things like salary bonus incentives not increased but pressure work its 😷 work more get salry less

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not giving to new joinees.

Good opportunity for someone who is starting their career in automobile sector in sales, because in Maruti Suzuki they teach every expect of there vehicle and more. And for someone who is not very familiar with automobile and it's technology, these trainings are very much helpful.

Dislikes

Salary and insensitive are low as compared to other companies gives to there employees.
