...e to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.

If you want a great salary and other benefits by giving your mental Health, physical health and life then this the great company to work. No Manager here is without heart diseases and headache.

Working with Market leader makes you really proud. Compensation is best in Auto Industry. Job security is also good.

Work life balance in service is a question mark. Learning is stagnant after become state head. Same thing you will do on daily basis.

Politics at all level junior to senior management level. Latteral employees are targeted by peers since they fell threatened by their skill and knowledge. Quite members who are more proactive by nature are less favored by managers. Result in lost promotions, lower salaries than extroverted colleagues with similar experience, and being taken for granted.

1. From learning perspective MSIL is a good company as they have many models.

1. Work pressure is high but compensation is not that good. 2. Working hours are very high. 3. Work life balance is not good.
