Being a fresher an individual gain a bundle of knowledge. Maruti hydraulics is lead by a young, dynamic and visionary director with a renowned name in Indian market. Work floor is quite friendly where everyone has each others back covered and a helping hand when ever needed.

Dislikes

No job security as such. Any one can be kicked out without prior notice with the current financial situations. The intensity of the pressure for work, job security, lead time mounts on you every day. With weekly off only on Saturday, the working hours are always extended which hampers the work-life balance.
