...nd day not to come from tomorrow +if you resign they will torture you like hell. Payment- they pay you on 15th of the every month making you work 45days. Even if you resign, they will ask you to serve notice period but did not pay you. Culture- you will feel like you are in a kinder garden school, it’s just like a dictatorship here. You will feel like snakes all around and won’t be able to trust people easily. Work life balance- 0 you are force to work even on the Sundays if management demands, only person who can survive here is one who lock management shoes. you don’t have freedom of words in every condition. EVEN YOU HAVE CAMERA WITH MICROPHONE WHERE MANAGEMENT IS LISTENING TO YOUR EACH AND EVERY WORDS BE IT PERSONAL OF THE PROFESSIONAL. Politics- office politics are its peak, management use your colleagues as a weapon and target you keeping guns on there shoulder, no one is truth worthy. Expenses- they ask you pay expenses from your pocket and when it’s time of the reimbursement they won’t pay you proper amount what you have spend in your visits. Leaves - there is nothing like leave policies even for a basic sick leave you have to address 2days prior.

...are also not safe as per health wise , They let to ask to work for 12 -15 hours non stop without any overtime funds or bonus,,, by warning and misleading of there position, specially , Sunil negi, he is useless ,,, dhobhi ghaat wala senior of marut air , even don'ts have knowledge about automation industry but is perfect in licking and providing special service to senior

Work Culture, Job Security, Work Satisfaction, Fun activities on Saturdays, I'll tell in detail. I joined this company as a fresher. First of all, there is no hiring firing process going on in this company. If they hire you, they'll treat you like their responsibility. You'll welcomed with hampers, will be provided with your assets, will have fun on Saturdays and much more. There will be targets for sure, no company pays you for free as they also need some productivity, but you'll be provided with sufficient training which will absolutely make you productive. I am in HR team; the reporting authority is very co-operative and as I see others they are also well maintained as well. Overall, in a company I see Job security, which they are providing for 110%, next a compatible working environment which is fulfilled by conducting weekend employee engagement activities, birthday celebrations n all. Just some employees sustaining activities. In short, this company is a thumbs up to move on.

Not much, just increase in salary would be a plus, but as a fresher I am satisfied with the same also.

...lf but treat management as kathputli to take the blame and keep his image clean. They make you serve notice but doesn't pay you for it and if you go by yourself they contact your bank to pull back your salary credited. So waste of time and money. I even think now why I have joined even. Each and every single item in company is chinese and no self made. They don't even have a factory but claims so. Such a bloody shit no work life balance, no manners to talk even in top management or owners, no self life or time. They will even count your water money when you travel and may abuse you for the same stating it's my money your drinking water from. Waste of time

Company having worst , working structure no professionalism, All senior have zero experience in real world market, they complete useless ...specially Sunil Negi he is head of operations but even dont have knowledge to what is sales and how to execute it,,, that dumb senior only want meeting , report,,,, no matter you sales or not ,just attend meeting and create daily report and hourly sheet. ...tel is owner ask for favour from callegue, no healthy and safe environment - he misuses power and authority ,,, Even he gave salary to his own brother and treatment him like nothing while taking decision,, Just guess if owner who couldn't able to respect his own familly ,how we can suppose that he will repsect clieant and will respect to market ,,, just close all business with him that will my true worlds
