Mangers are over friendly and they cut my bonus and give me bad rating due just because I haven't communicate with them friendly and also they decline my appraisal as well very nonsense company I'll never suggest anyone to join this company they are not focusing on work or business they just required personal attention and good good talks with managers, zero respect of work company culture only focus nonsense things like fun committee and events, HR's also not helpful over there they'll simply accept your resignation without any retention stupid company I ever seen in my career

US certificates team is the worst team. They have started mass hiring again. It is my request to joing any other team but US CERTS TEAM is a big nooo. Aruna Selvaraj, Reena Mendonca, Brian Mendonca, Prathamesh Sarmalkar and all team leads and SMs are AAASSSSHOles They never approve any leave requests, make you work tirelessly like sllaaaaaveeesss plus they will interfere in personal life too. if don't massage theirthen you will get in trouble.
