In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Worst job experience in my life, no opportunity to growth, doesn't pays well, doesn't pay in time, doesn't produce salary slip in time and also some time they skips salary slips, they don't give us EPF, almost a horrible organization to work but the current situation is like you can get a kidney donor easily but not a job.

There is so much to dislike about working in this company. I just elaborated above their work culture, payments, and other things . They didn't even paid the first TA bill for traing programme just before we joined . So in one word, Disgusting.

Although this Company is not so famous but seriously they paid salary on 7th of month, like lasa. From last two year only one month salary was delayed. So Company is Good.

...erson they say only 2000rs each month for a year loyalty bonus will be deducted. But they didn't say that if you leave the company before completion of one year your remaining loyalty bonus will be deducted from your salary. For ex. If you leave the company after six months considering 2000rs deducted every month for six month is total 12000rs then your remaining loyalty bonus for six months which is also 12000rs will be deducted from your last salary. Which is completely wrong. And in addition to this they won't tell you that you've to sign a blank check and NOC(no objection certificate) for these check while making an offer. They will tell you this on the day of joining so that you'll not having any option rather than to join or leave. Most of the people will join because of financial issues. 4. More to this if want to leave the company without serving a notice period because they'll use those checks to recover the full money(your 2 months salary+remaining loyalty bonus) from you. And if the check bouns then it'll be a legal matter like court case and all. 5. Your notice period won't get reduced even your hiring employee wants to buy the notice period. And when you resign all your paid(your earned) leaves will be lapsed. You won't be able to use them. 6. And micro management is at peak level here. They are watching your each and every move. They want only their junior employees to work in a shift but bends the rule for senior employees and even not a single employee wants to work in shift. If senior says they don't want to work in a shift management will say OK but, if junior employee says the same the management will say you don't have any option (except girls). 7. Complaint system didn't work here. They'll here and will not take any actions. Sometimes their will be no water in the toilets. 8. They hold your salary for 45 days and release your notice period after more than 7 days when you resigned from your position. 9. You'll not learn you'll not grow. You only earn money nothing else. 10. No one wants to work with them. They just work because of pressure financial problems. 11. You'll regret your decision you join this organization and you'll be stuck here for one year.

Dislikes

Salary payment needs to be improved. Earlier it was paid on time between 7 to 9 of month but from last 4 months is being delayed by 10 to 12 days. Salary is being paid less as dedicated during joining . Current Employees should be priority rather hiring new one for new projects, where would old Employees go after completion projects.
