Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

...et the company leave boys 4) Someone is doing a good job, still it shows below 5) There is work in salary mars, still salary is received late Distributor payroll 6) If the company SO is right, DSR it will do good work If the system is correct in the company then the company will go to the top level. Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
