This company is proof that common sense isn't so common. The only redeeming human here was Mrs. Deepika Soni-truly a gem among clowns. The management? Absolute magicians. Before joining, you have things like mental peace, work-life balance, and, yes, common sense. But the moment you step in, POOF, they vanish into thin air. Working at Marrina Decisions taught me one thing: money truly is powerful. It can buy anything--TED Talks, awards, even fake respect. Too bad it can't buy decency or brains. I liked that it was a complete WFH opportunity. My managers were good over the period of employment

Dislikes

Higher management didn't have a proper roadmap for the company future. They hired and fired like it was a game. I had worked with 4 managers over the period of 1 year 7 months. If you want to do any changes that require permission. It was not given on time and then you were scolded on the results.
