...my situation and didn't give a damn about the human consequences of her actions. It took them a whopping 45 days to pay me my final settlement. 45 days of pure frustration and financial strain. Marquee Equity, and especially Nikita Garg, have absolutely no regard for the well-being of their employees. Their arrogance and indifference are beyond infuriating. It's as if they think they're gods, entitled to toy with people's lives. So, I'm giving you all a strong piece of advice: steer clear of Marquee Equity like it's a sinking ship. Their promises are nothing but empty lies, and they treat their employees like disposable pawns on a chessboard. Nikita Garg and Ash Narain, if you have even an ounce of decency left in you, start treating your employees like humans with real lives and real responsibilities. And for the love of everything, don't hire people if you can't handle the fact that they might have families and need job security. Consider yourselves warned.

My learning curve with Marquee has been amazing. The management provides warm & friendly culture for the people to put forward their ideas & grow. Management is driven by numbers and is unbiased when it comes to promotions.

Difficult to find another job after this because of high pay scale here.

No job security. Soon they hire people, the soon they fire. Extremely unorganised culture. The company who can't retain their employees, also can't retain their clients. No compensation, no medical insurance, no focus on learnings.

Very bad company. Most illogical people.Founders and director are spoiling the career of people. There are people who don't deserve to be a part of company like Nikita Garg .Has zero knowledge about things and just does all sort of useless things. They want followers in their company who will listen to their orders . They have a pitch just blindly follow that. Be their followers and they will be happy. They hire new people and don't do any training. Then if they don't clear demos they will be asked to leave. Work extended till 12-1 am too everyday. No job security. They play with people's life and emotions.

The company is run by pathetic management and doesn't give a shit about anyone's career or profile. The CEO is always busy in playing golf and maintaining his fleet of a few luxury cars while focusing on how can they fire people irrespective of their performance. Director is CEO's wife who doesn't even know how to speak, has toxic speech and both run a "Lala" company. Do not apply here if you want respect and stability. Karma would come back to these filthy people for sure!
