...agement is transparent. There is a hugecafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I have gained 5 years + experience there. And I have learned much more things. But it's a bad thing there, that they don't increase employees salary every year. And taken work in a short salary. And they make their rule everyday. Like: ( No S.L, No Gatepass in emergency) That irritating me too much.

Dislikes

They don't give you any types of benefits. Like (no transportation, no freefood, no EL money that you earn)

Likes

Good organizational structure and nice work environment and pleasant coworkers. Salary structure is a bit compromising and an air of politics not much harmful and can be taken with a pinch of salt. Great scope for innovation but require communication skills and interpersonal skills to let the work highlighted before the management. Owners are humane and encouraging. Overall good work-life balance.

Dislikes

Pace of work a bit slow as it should have been. Being a prominent Trading House (Exporter) Marque Impex should endeavor to address the buyers' compliance parameters at a much faster pace, a thing which is also a call of the current competitive market

marque impex was the company of handicraft production. Since i was a fresher before getting to this job i had learnt many things there about the techniques which has been used to analysis the quality of the products regarding their dimensions and their performance. I had learn various tests (say: drop test, hanging test,tilt test,drop test,etc) which has been performed in marque impex.

Dislikes

... many things but the growth regarding my mechanical field was not so satisfying. The salary growth was also not appropriate.

Owners are good but they don’t have a vision and their so-called 4-5 pillars are fooling them

Working Culture Job security Skills and development No appraisal after 2019 Their turnover going down every year. 4-5 old employees (1- Zubair who is leading the Target business is not capable of that position as he is not getting new orders. 2- Shahid who is taking care of WSI 3- Sarib Irfan 4-Suhail Alvi)
