... they won't promote.won't give better opportunity here. Let spend max 1-2 years.here, who all are working more than 4 years experience those guys getting very small package.that's very less compared to who newly joined the team (juniors).still using very bad policies.

Take my review as serious guys this company is a fraud whatever the salary u will say they wont give they will give as per their wish & CFO is waste fellow who doesn't know how to handle a company if in a team extra employee is there they will terminate him excess of man power worst company dont even join here

...ojects or new project is coming they don't have much account only few are there., Give you alot more package during joining but make to apply lwp as you aren't tagged to project and on bench they forced to the hell. Don't think twice before joining, think thrice,before joining only if you wants to ruin your mental health.

1. Great Culture. Most managers are very polite and understanding. 2. Work life balance is good most of the times, but when it is end of project, it will always lead to longer working hours. 3. Give vouchers for different certifications.

Dislikes

1. Appraisal are not inline with performance. Compensation is not inline with market. 2. Tech leads that I worked with lacked experience that makes working with them good learning experience, this makes results in development that works, but is not completed with optimized implementations. I don't mean that there should be hand holding in everything but direction is very important, that is lacking.
