MarkerStar is 'employee first' all the way! Having worked with the Indian corporate system, freedom felt almost unfair to me, like I was undeserving of it. Everyone including senior management is super chill, very friendly and understanding and extremely supportive. You have a lot of creative freedom. You are appreciated and taken care of. The benefits here are comforting. I'm not leaving unless they kick me out.

Dislikes

Salary could be a little better I'd say. I'm not dissatisfied but considering they're a US based company, paying according to Indian standards seemed like a let down to me.

Micromanagement, Pressurizing, Internal Politics, No job security - if you're not performing you're terminated, Slow promotions. According to the Management; your success is measured on how many sales you do instead of how difficult sales you've closed.

I would say that the company culture was good.

When I started working at this company as a fresher, everything was good. I would agree that no job is comfortable, but after few months there was a lot of pressure and micro management and the targets increased every month. So I had to leave.

Everything is so bad They remove you from the company after training because of some demo calls and then they never give you full and final settlement and experience letter Worst Company to work with

Such a worst company I ever worked with. Managers are always bound to just meeting rooms. Promotions happen to people who are close to the management become AM and TL. They send automated emails to people who got rejected for IJP .Work environment is toxic. No fun activity. Concerns will never be addressed no matter whom you talk to. No higher management would be available for you to voice out your concerns. Retaliation is the only thing that people do there. HR is never in the office. Team leads would not even allow you to eat peacefully. Just HATE this organisation.
