There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Worste culture and management is not good they very bad looking employees in time salary is not there and also if employed admitted to hospital they will give medical level will not support HR department is worest

In eastern region two peoples are just ruin this organisation. I request to management to verify the information. Baseless,ethic less person. Cancer for the organisation .

GM & RSM(East zone/ Ranchi- Jharkhand)... They irritate their their employees by continuously calling while you drive/riding too. Too much rude behaviour. Both are showing to company's MD that they do smart & hard working & too much serious on their work. But the originality is they only make their TA/DA. They are looting company. Thier interest is only on politics & hamper the company's working atmosphere. And generally be careful from them guys & especially when your senior are belonging from core west Bengal. They Play too much politics. Their policy is to hire & fire.

It is very good food manufacturing company in india. Now growing as a brand in south India as a quality food products for consumer. Biscuit , rusk and cake all products are very teasty and healthy.
